Here is my remedy
1. Call a friend, family member, or loved one, and talk about it. Choose wisely though because you do not want an enabler, you want to talk to someone who will motivate.
2. Listen to your favorite motivational show. My favorite shows are "Everyday is Saturday" by Sam Crowley, "48 Days to the Work You Love" by Dan Miller and "Inspiring Words of Encouragement" by Zig Ziglar.
3. Read for a while, whether it's a fictional book or non-fiction. I usually choose self help, business, or motivational books. Once in a while it's nice to read a good novel.
4. Plan goals for the next day and then get some good sleep. There is nothing better than waking up motivated to get a lot accomplished.
Above are the four steps that work for me and that I would recommend.

Great topic!
1. The best method I know of is simply getting together with a group of like-minded entrepreneurs. I really enjoy the camaraderie and support I get from other entrepreneurs. This almost always helps get me on the good side of a funky day and many times they provide a good amount of motivation as well.
2. Turn up the music! Listening to the oldies (for me that's 70's music) on my ipod usually does the trick.
3. Shut the office door and go out for some relaxation. A walk along the river does wonders. A long drive in the country works for me too.
