Getting people to actually pull out their wallets is extremely difficult. The thing that has worked best for me is providing a "win win" environment for all involved.

What has worked best for me is becoming really interested in costumer success. I actually kept a file with the whole customer family birthday memo and others importates data. And of course, also they insurance expiration date.
